Dr. Ravindra Kumar was born and raised in Uttar Pradesh, India. He obtained his Master Degree in Psychology from D.A.V. (P.G.) College, Muzaffarnagar (U.P.) affiliated with CCS University, Meerut (U.P.). He obtained his Doctorate Degree in Psychology from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar (Uttra Khand) India.
Presently, he is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, Quantum University, Roorkee (Uttra Khand). He has a good experience of more than ten years in teaching, research and administration in various reputed educational institutions. He has published more than sixteen research papers in reputed national and international journals. He has edited more three books in the field of psychology, education, research methodology. He has published various book chapters in reputed edited volumes in the field of psychology. He has organized many seminars, workshop, guest lectures, faculty development programs and awareness camps for the students, community and teaching professionals.
